Our Pirate Tale

Ahoy mateys! Welcome to our pirate's cove. We are a family of hearty pirates on a quest to create the finest freeze-dried treats & sweets. Let us introduce ourselves so you can get to know who you're supporting when you purchase from Swashbucklers Treats and Treasures. 

We are Corey and Emily Ellis! We have been married since September of 2006 and have added 4 wonderful mates to our crew. We began this adventure as a family in September of 2024 and what a journey it has been.   

Corey works for Coca Cola Southwest Beverages as a delivery driver for the DFW Airport. He is crucial to Swashbucklers as he is our head flavor captain, brewing up our treasure chest of flavors. Emily is a stay-at-home mom who home schools all 4 of their kiddos. She manages all packaging, order distribution, communication and makes sure that each parcel of loot finds its rightful port. 

The ship's crew consists of Adam-15, Lincoln-12, Scarlet10, and Spencer-2. Each mate helps in this journey in their own way, and we are so thankful for each of them.
